Broken Idrive, Red Screen, how to reset?

Hi Guys my I drive is broken, just get a red screen, still get music etc, but no display

Any ideas how to reset the unit, or is it a dealer job?

Got it working went to move car all ok...strange

Very.....next time it's due in, it might throw up an error code

If its the display screen itself, unlikey to throw any errors. Sounds like an RGB type issue...
