Not only does he talk some absolute tripe about the Z4MC being so much better than the Z4MR, it also looks like the handbrake doesn't work...

To be fair it's not THAT bad an advert. I think he was comparing to a non-M roadster, which if he was, he would probably have been correct about the LSD, quicker steering rack and torsional rigidity. He should probably have said it was a non-M roadster though!

The coupe does have a quicker steering rack and is more rigid than the M roadster afaik but its like saying i can feel the extra air in my nike's, i can run a million miles an hour quicker now

Doesn't seem OTT to me although I'd be asking why it's got a log under the front wheel. Handbrake shagged possibly.

If you look closely inside the handbrake isnt actually engaged.

He probably prefers to chock it with the handbrake off if it is left for a long period

I make a point of NOT using my handbrake when the car is parked in the garage... just leave it in first gear. I wouldn't be put off by the wheel chock or assume the handbrake is broken. Nor would I write this car off because of the roadster comments which aren't that for off the mark. Fact is, the color combo is nice, mileage isn't bad and the price is attractive. If I were MC shopping, I'd give this car serious consideration.

I'd like to know how the car has racked up 54,600 miles when the owner says the car has never seen rain. This the UK!

Ferris Bueller method, obviously.

What is wrong with parking a car in first gear? I never use my handbrake to park my car...

I don't think anybody is saying anything is wrong with it, just curious as to why he has a chock under the wheels for the photos.

It is a bit off putting.

People do strange things... I think his battery was flat en he pushed the car out of the garage :?

amazing how things get off to a bad start, as far as i can see the car is pretty good all round but a roadster owner took exception to the statement the the coupe is better than the roadster and things went downhill from there ! a few others jumped on the bandwagon while others gave a balanced view. personally he is entitled to his opinion and at the end of the day is going to big things up a bit as he is trying to sell a vehicle. if on the other hand he had slagged off the coupe ,....... That would have been TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!! :tumbleweed:

Gotta say - it's a nice looking one, i'd consider buying it...

You can see the handbrake is off, and it's on a hill - suspect he has it leaned against the log instead of resting on the handbrake, some people are strange...

What's the worst it could be? Broken cable? meh..
