Am on business in Brighton Monday afternoon and can't be ar@ed to drive all the way hom on the same day, so will stop over.

Anyone around or anything to do in that area involving a Zed on Monday evening?

Guess I'll be in the Thistle by the pier and at least have a 1 man seafront cruise :)

Thankfully that's one element of the vibrant Brighton community that I'll not be troubling.

Summer, Zed, seaside - has to be something better this time of year than my usual 10k run from pier to harbour and back, etc.

For god sake don't put the roof down... you could get into all sorts of trouble!! :poke:

If it's a nice evening, nip over to the north side of the downs and go to the Shepherd & Dog at Fulking, good beer, lovely food and a beautiful setting

If you avoid the A23 and take the route up Dyke Road Ave and over the top of the downs it's a nice jaunt - Once you've crossed over the bypass and you're on Devil's Dyke Road, make sure you don't take the left fork towards Devil's Dyke and just keep going. 2nd minor left-hand turning should take you towards Poynings then keep going west along the foot of the downs and you'll come to Fulking (it's a small villiage so the S & D is easy to find)
