I have just bitten the bullit and replaced my rear RFTS for Falken 452s to match the fronts. I therefore have a pair of good condition rear Bridgestones 5-6mm of tread. No damage to my knowldege.
Before I put them on e-bay if any member is interested, is prepared to collect from HigH Wycombe area and wants to make me an offer please PM me.
 
Sorry Andy-will re post. David yep much better . I had to change the fronts when a bought the car last month and they were noticebaly different.
Havn't really driven it simce new tyres tyres fitted 48 hrs ago as have damaged back muscles. Also had Indy remove the Clutch delay valve (charged half hr labour) makes gear changing easier. Worth doing.
