Brian ! ... he’s not the Messiah he’s a very naughty storm !

Plenty of chores around the house today, Started the GT6 up and run it up to temperature, but no Zed action. Maybe tomorrow :)

Same here .. ended up cleaning the kitchen

Did look this morning and was very nearly tempted to go for a spin .. bloody glad I didn’t now

The Zed has only just got over swimming

Take the Zed out in that. Your kidding. :o Pretty much the opposite. Opened up the bonnet topped up the washer, cleaned the engine a little, then popped her on to the charger. She's not moved for a week and not likely to for a few days yet. :tumbleweed:

After the north west meet last weekend, tucked up today ...

This morning: replaced sealant around the shower. :(

This afternoon: had a very long lunch in the pub. Went in the Discovery to take hound with us. :)

Tomorrow morning: it's going to be dry if not sunny, so the Zed comes out! :)

Yep had a spin out in the M, normally never have the roof up but had to concede to the torrential rain, I’m getting soft...

We are wet but not to the point of flooding so I took the zed out for a wet test on the tires, they work pretty good. :D
Now it will take two days to dry the roof so it’s parked in the garage. not :driving:

Fortunately we were following Jamie in his “slightly” lowered Zed ... so if he got through

Went to do some jobs at my sisters place in Southport today. Had to go in the Zed as Ali was running the kids around and getting some shopping in the LandRover. Big mistake ! Only just managed to 'wade' through some very deep flooding on my way home to Mawdesley this evening. Particularly bad in Holmeswood, Rufford and Croston. Most streams and rivers round here feed into the River Douglas, Yarrow, Ribble and the Irish Sea which is only 10 miles or so away. It's high 'spring' tides right now so all the run-off from the land is just backing up and flooding. This was the view outside my front door at 5pm tonight ! :o

If the splitter turns into a scoop, it’s too deep, go another way. That’s my rule.
