So ECP have one of their usual sales on that closes in 2 days and I was looking at the disc and pad sets they have for the facelift E85.

They have a full Brembo set (front & rear discs and pads) for £164 or the equivalent Pagid set for £168 - apparently after the month-end discount is applied.

Keen to get a view on how that compares with what others have paid previously as I don't need them now but would go ahead if there's a good deal to be had?

I always cross check prices between Euro Car parts and their online sister company Carparts4less also Brakes International, more often than not Carparts4less come out cheaper for the same product. Always worth comparing price with Brakes International.

Always use their discount code that appears on their home page for maximum discount, also sign up so you get notice of their offers.

I think the Brembo discs are okay, but the from experience in the e34, I'd stay away from their pads. I swapped out to Pagids (as my mate has a spare set).

To be safe now I'd probably go ATE / Pagid / Textar pads all round - and you may as well stick to the same for discs if there's not much in it.

I have brembo drilled discs at the front with textar e-pads. Not keen on the e-pads as they don’t have a good bite.
I’m not sure if they have clogged the discs or the discs are warped. Done a few good hard stops which makes them feel better but easily go back to how they were. Maybe it’s my sedate driving style but I’m thinking of changing the pads to EBC.

The Brembo UV coated discs are worth having if you can find them.
