£23500 was never going to happen
£20k would be a stretch
£16500 - £17500 realistic

Cat C I would say 30-40%

market is dropping fast so makes sense to break . I doubt you would get 23k in a bouyant market of 2021

Jesus christ no offence but the pricing on the parts is very steep! nearly a grand for a second hand set of cats?! 4 grand for a gearbox?! a grand for a diff?!

Appreciate you'll want as much as you can for the parts, but you may find you've got a lot of bits sitting around for a fair while at those prices...
