I've had two breakfasts this morning... a rather boring fruit salad type thing on the plane at 5am... followed by an epic full english breakfast and pastries in the BA arrivals lounge at LHR at around 7am

It was my last decent meal before the 'post holiday diet' begins, I've only eaten an apple since breakfast 8)

Had a double decker yesterday, then about 20 minutes later we decided to go to weatherspoons for a full English!

Normally have a McDonald's double sausage and egg mcmuffin...gorgeous!!!

Nothing today though!
