Breakfast at Balboa

Hey 1st, have you got your suspension installed yet?

Just got off the phone with Dinan, and they finally completed my kit for my Stage 3 suspension. However, the entire kit will not be shipped out until Monday... :x , and it is expected to arrive on Wednesday, 3-18. I was really hoping on having the kit installed for B@B, but I guess not. Oh well, better late than never...

Ah! This could be fun. I'd be in for getting some grease on my hands.

Imz4n will be there with chrome wheels and and a big smile. Car is running after a starter has been replaced. Have a steering colum issue to take care of tomorrow and then I can get the car and start cleaning. :D

That is great news and I too will be working on car tomorrow. Funny how that works out, we will all be doing the same things at pretty much the same time! Happy waxing! :driving:

Yes, it will be all day of waxing & polishing...I also looked at my rims today & decided that tomorrow morning I will remove each of them & give them a good cleaning...

With all the gleam and sparkle glinting from our stunning cars tomorrow, don't forget the sunglasses!

Speaking of don't forget to bring. Charge your batteries for your camera. As I know it this pic has never been taken. When the day is done, I would like anyone who takes pics to send me the best 3-4 pics of the group.

LOL...You were reading my mind. Last night I was thinking the same thing and was going to inquire if anyone was going to plan to hang around for brunch. I have a few places in mind & I will find a place where the food is great & we can take more pics... :D

Bob, & Fellow Z's

I found a great place for brunch. It is a “champagne all you can eat breakfast brunch” for about $26.00 a person. I know some of you may not think this a great idea. However, with the number of cars that will be attending, I figured that a Denny’s or IHOP parking lot would not be suitable spot for our precious Z’s, or do us any justice for another group photo, we may be completed scattered about. Nevertheless, the drive from the Balboa Park to Harbor Island is quite nice, and the view from the restaurant is also awesome.

If it is of any consolation and to make sure that we had a seating space for 15+ persons, I tentatively made 11:00 a.m. reservations at the below restaurant.

Here is the kicker...The earliest time that I could find anywhere for a big group seating is at about 11:00...Also, and since Breakfast @ Balboa will end at about 9:30 or so, and after a few photo shoots, I think that we all may be done and ready to roll out at about 10:00. At this departure time, we will have ample time to take a nice short & scenic cruise to the Restaurant, get situated in the parking lot, then eat Brunch at 11:00…

-I haven't been there, but it sounds ok as a plan. I have enjoyed Huphry's By The Bay (sp?) on several occasions.

To all of you coming from the OC & LA Areas, "Have a good evening and a very safe drive down, and I'll see you in the morning....
