There is a group of BMW Z's going. Sam has said that he will bring the Z1 out for this event. He should be in town as he knows it.

We will have 2 photographers in attendence.

We are looking to take a pic with a Z1, Z3C, Z3R, Z4C, Z4R, and a Z8. This pic has never been taken as I know it. I belong to a BMW world wide forum that has been talking about such a pic for two years and still do not have one.

I am still looking to hear from a Z8. I contacted Scott to see if he could help in this area.

Z1 is a for sure.!!!!!!!!!!!!

San Diego Natural History Museum meet at 6:30 then on to the final meet. I understand the the parking lot is on the left.

We will head to the first of two meet points at the 5 freeway south and route 74 leaving by 5:00. I will call the group as we get close to this location for them to pull onto 5 south and meet with us , so please have coffee and gas by the meet time.

Second meet point will be at 5 freeway south and the 76 leaving there by 5:30. I will call the group as we get close for this group to meet us on the 5 south as well. Please have gas and coffee by the meet time.

Arriving at San Diego Natural History Museum by 6:30.

It's about time that some of you will come down to San Diego... :D Anyways, any of you want to meet up somewhere earlier, and only a few minutes from Balboa Park so that we can drive in all together?

OMG, since I live in SD i better be there! Count me in! ROADCAR will be clean by then too!
 
I am so embarrassed because my car is so dirty! I hide it in the garage! When next seen it will be among the shiniest! :driving:
 
Count me in for this coming Sunday's event!!! If the "family picture" of the Z1-Z8 is successful, how will it be distributed other than posting on the board? copies suitable for framing?
 
Is the plan to have various cars in the pics? For example, one pic with IMZ$N's car, then another with COOL Z4, etc..etc..
I am not sure if we can make it or not, but I will know more later in the week.

By the way hello everyone! I'm new to this forum, but I know Earl (Palantirion).
 
Should be exciting having the opportunity to take this first picture! It will be exciting to see this lineup of BMW's! Would be nice to have pics of it too! Should be lots of photo sharing!
