I had this problem with the spacer saver spare on my 320d. I got it off in the end by loosening the nuts a little then driving backwards and forwards a few feet at a time until the rust weld was brokenLet's see if the forum police get upset about that! (Just think of the damaged threads on bolts and hub, not to mention the distorted holes in the space saver wheel...)
Excellent method and I use it all the time on big heavy Jeeps wheels. Easier to just hit the tyre with a sledgehammer, but I rarely have one to hand when I get a flat deep in the forest..
i would do this too, only need to slightly loosen the wheel nuts then a meter forwards and backwards
