Qualifying started. Don't fancy the weather much.

Botas has impressed me the last 2 races. Could be real competition for Massa next year.

Hopefully the rain this weekend will provide a shake up :)

Yes let's hope for a snappy weekend for once!!! Kovalainen is doing decent all things considered

Bottas/Massa is going to be an interesting pairing. Bottas could actually have the edge, speed-wise, but either way, Massa being in the team is definitely going to help his development, potentially into one of the best drivers of his generation. Not going to miss Maldonado at all - what a bellend.

Kvyat looked pretty good yesterday. Alonso's girlfriend not looking bad either - always seems to be a favourite with the FIA TV directors!

Well said MrPT, Adrian Sut' side piece is a good regular also ! Oh and yes, agree about the racing too ;)

More or less same here been following since I was about 15 some 45 years ago, this year has been the most boring ever, I'm just looking forward to next season now.

Bit concerned about the future of some drivers Paul Di Resta for example, doesnt yet have a confirmed drive

Agree with the comments about Bottas he's one to watch next season

For the first time I'm thinking the same thing.

I've missed 4 races in 26 years (including watching last week's Austin GP at 1am due to playing with my gorgeous granddaughter :D

(I usually find an agreeable tapas owner whilst on holiday).

Even though I've accepted that Vettel probably is a class act. The spark is not there anymore.
+1 on the girlfriends though :happyclap:

Alonso going over the kerb in Abu Dhabi generated 28G???!! How did I miss this follow up. Does anyone else find this hard to believe? I mean I guess I believe it, but you know what I mean ...

Yes, I also firmly believe Alonso broke the rules by passing off the track. He's a clever chap though, and turned himself into the victim very well.

"There was no room". Ok Fernando. Simply lift your foot off the accelerator to create a gap. Not rocket science really

Can you tell I'm not a fan of the Spaniard? ;)

Haha I'd never have guessed. To be honest Ferrari usually do very nicely when it comes to controversy - have such a grasp on the sport. I have to admit though, I do admire Alonso's driving a lot of the time. I'd love to see him back in a competitive car, although I couldn't guess when or where that will be

I am also a big Jenson Button fan and meeting the guy I have to say he is a real nice bloke so polite and a top guy - please give him a great car next season !!! For me some great new guys next season BUT Massa at Williams ! I have always rated Massa got big bollocks I think he will be tops at Williams........... Quite the collection in the previous post

All I have is my book on Stirling Moss, and a Jaguar Racing cap autographed by Jackie Stewart in the VIP area at Montreal. :D

Now I'm just waiting for the start of the race , and waiting to find out what the fiddle is in Vettels car .

Interesting race for a change, Jenson had a great race like he should, really disappointed that Fernando ended up behind Webber and Vettel when he had such a good start.

Paul Di Resta didnt have a very good race, he seems to have gone off the boil lately.

Lets hope that we get back to some good racing next season with all the changes
