brakes on

bit of a odd one when i’ve been driving for about 6 ish miles. it seems like my brakes are dragging
what could cause this felt front brake disc on passenger side and. it was hot
been thinking of renewing the discs and pads soon
should i do it now anyway

Not odd at all - it's very common. Pistons are sticking in the caliper, causing binding. Needs a refurb on the caliper or buy a refurbed one (usually done on a swaps basis anyway)

Sounds like a costly week if you're going to do discs, pads & calipers - and if you get your calipers refurbed, you'll be off the road for a while.

Just go for an exchange set of calipers then you can do it all in a morning
