Brakes have less bite

I have noticed the brakes on the zed now have less bite to them. They used to be quite sensitive, but I have done a day of track work since then.

Is this just due to wear, or can something be done to get them nice and sharp again ? The car has done <20,000kms and isn't a daily drive.

I don't plan on doing a huge number of track days, maybe a few a year, so don't really want to put specialised brake pads on.

Could be the fluid needs changing? I did mine at the same time as my Inspection 1 and the difference is very noticeable. My fluid was due to done this month ( 2 yearly change) but decided to get it done early.

^^Yeah that, maybe you boiled the fluid, best first step would be to replace it with some new 5.1...
