Brake upgrade confirmation

Parked the old girl up now we have our z4 2.5se 06. The old girl has done us well for 9 yrs ( E46 330d 184 bhp 00) ive read the brake upgrade how too. The z4 has 18" wheels so really I am just after confirmation that apart from needing to bend the rear plates a bit I can exchange brakes.

Yes - straight bolt onto the Z4. Caliper so, carriers disks and pads.
I'd change disks and pads and not expect old sets to bed in properly

Can't say if the reverse is a sensible mod but no doubt equally a straight fit.
