Brake sensor will not clear

Hi, just replaced front and rear brakes along with new sensors.on my e8 Rechecked connections. Tried what I knew to get the service light to clear. Still no luck. Is there a specific 'known' procedure to get it to clear? iPad I chucked the old sensors I am at a point of getting a nee one an modifying it( cutting) wires to ensure it will show the pads are good, unless someone cane help me understand how to clear it though the cars sw. Thanks for any help gordon

Have you tried doing it with the handbrake off ? I know you have to do this with the e89
Saying that I changed my brakes on my previous e85 and think it all set ok off the stalk :?

No E brake on. At this point I am assuming it should clear with some driving; if the new sensor is functional and all is good. Trying to get confirmation. Or if I am missing a step on clearing it off.

I’m not sure what process you’re following, so might just repeating what you’re already doing.

When I changed mine, ignition on (no start engine) and wait about 45 seconds, key off, back on and start engine, no light.
