Brake renewal

It's about time I replaced the discs/pads/fluid on my car.
I have the discs, oem ones I bought last year.
I need to choose some pads and fluid. I'm leaning towards some pagid pads from Eurocar parts, I trust the name and they're a sensible price for standard spec ones. They also do textar and ate, all a similar price. Any preference?
I don't need track pads but I would like less brake dust and not to be too worried if I do do a single track day a year.

What brake fluid would people recommend? I don't mind spending an extra £20 for something that will hold up to a track day better than the standard stuff.

Almost 2 years with the Z4M and it looks like it's staying for some time to come

Not on an ///M, but I replaced OEM pads with Textar ePads all round recently and they are definitely much better - though my rears were so old they were crumbling, perhaps not an objective assessment. Definitely less brake dust than OEM, especially when driving normally as opposed to in a spirited fashion.

Again not on an ///M, but I replaced front pads on a 3.0i with the Pagid pads from EBC redstuff. Not as good at high temperature as the redstuff but as good as OEM and certainly less brake dust than OEM. I have also just put a full set of new Pagid discs and Pagid pads on my 118D, again as good as OEM and less brake dust but only during normal driving.

I have no personal experience from those particular brake pads but really they will all perform pretty much the same. They have to in order to be labelled as OEM equivalent i guess.

From experience the best improvement i did for track duty is better fluid to help stave off fluid boil (soft, mushy pedal). For that i can recommend Motul's RBF660. The absolute best i've used is Endless RF650 but that's much more expensive.
