Brake problem - possible warped rotors?

Last time I had brake judder it was corrosion on the lips of the discs. Replaced discs and all was fine...

Stripped the brakes down.

Rotors looks fine. Knocked the lips off them.

Pads are half worn and look like they have some small indentations in them which I don't think should be there?

General clean and put it all back together and judder has drastically been reduced after one quick run out. Very slight feeling of it now but could possibly be imagining it because I'm looking for it.
