brake pipes

Pipes or hoses? Hoses can be bought off the shelf. The pipes can be replaced with a copper alloy. Not sure how you spell... should be easy enough to find via a search. Off the shelf as well, eBay, euro car parts, etc

Choices are copper or Kunifer or even steel rolls of replacement pipe such as this

Replacing the flex hoses all around for stainless braided is also a good move in particular the rears to get rid of the hard line between the two flex hoses which tends to corrode quite bad.
Decent flaring tool is also a good investment.

I bought Cunifer (Copper-Nickel-Iron alloy = Cu-Ni-Fer) and all the tools last year and taught myself how to cut, bend and flare; then replaced 70-80% of the original corroded steel pipe on my car. A straightforward job if sometimes a little fiddly, but ultimately very satisfying also  20210410_120806.jpg20210410_122233.jpg20210410_210532.jpg20210410_125507.jpg20210410_141819.jpg20210410_141627.jpg
