Been having this a few months now and its really getting on my nerves, discs are 2 years old,no signs of wear or scoring and 29mm thick, was thinking of trying that procut skimming service but nothing suitable near me and am doubting that they may do drilled discs, got a new set of standard pads to try out and will try and see if there is any runout evident.

Try a re bed , 60 ish down to 10 ish as hard as you dare 8 to 10 times to get them really hot then drive home the long way to let them cool down , it's free and sometimes works , failing that pro cut defo works , I had it done a couple of times on other cars with floating discs .

I thought the maximum thickness was 28mm on these. Had the same symptoms, replaced FCAB and turned out to be warped discs, thankfully ECP exchanged the warped ones for a new set (these discs should not warp easily).
