hi all info needed is it necessary to remove the fuel tank to put new brake hoses on my z4 e85 nearside and offside? just had MOT passed but got an advisory for the corroded brake pipes? they said they would have to drop the fuel tank to do the job? has anyone had this done ? :) spammy
 
Can be done without dropping the fuel tank just a matter of feeding the replacement through same route as old pipe and using the old locating clips, feed new pipe from the left hand side across to the right hand side leaving enough at each side to bend the pipe to the fixings in the wheel arch, arch liners removed to gain access. Usual to make two new straight joints under the plastic channel that the pipes run from front to back.
