No - once the caliper is out of the way, there is an allan key bolt holding the disc onto the hub which needs undooing.
Before you do that tho - get a bit mallet hammer and hit the disc hard a few times on the face near to the hum - this will loosen it up. Then take the bolt out and see if it comes off - if not hit it a few times more and you'll be sorted!
