Brake calipers

I am thinking of painting my brake calipers, can anyone suggest a good quality product for this, mixed reviews on line. Has anyone used Hammerite?

I've used hammerite on my last 3 applications to cars. I use the brush on stuff just because I dont trust myself with a spray can and it's easier (although more time consuming) using a brush.

The hammerite smooth stuff comes out great. Needs a few coats depending on the original colour and the colour you're painting on.

I usually brush on Hammerite Black but last time I used Aldi Metal Care Paint
That was about 18 months ago and it seems equally as good as the Hammerite and it's only £4.99 for a litre tin

Ive used Hammerite several times. It works fine. I spend a lot of time cleaning and preping - thats the most important part.

I agree with Zedtastic it’s making sure you prep the discs properly and you will get a decent finish

Just noticed your post didn’t dawn on me I’d done that.
Could that have caused problems with my wheel sensors
Why I’m asking it only happened since I painted my callipers also removed wheels for refurbish could this be linked just a thought before I spend £400 to replace ABS pump.
