Want to refresh the break fluid so started on the rear right calliper , bleed nipple looked rusty so i sprayed penetrating oil left it for a while then tried opening it and it snapped.
Then i removed the calliper heated it and cooled it a few time and tried an extractor no luck , drilled slightly bigger hole and tried again and extractor snapped ,part of the extractor is stuck in the hole in the nipple
There isnt enough to grip to get the extractor out so now im properly F**ked , Any ideas of a company that could sort it

FWIW, I don't know why you've said cool it. The idea is to get the outer (the caliper) blazing hot to expand it and then try backing out the nipple before it starts expanding too.

I think I'd take an angle grinder the still exposed edges of the nipple to try and be able to retrieve the extractor. Then just drill down the middle until the wall of the nipple collapses. The bleed hole will be ideal for keeping the drill from wandering into the caliper thread.

Any good welder will be able to weld a nut on this and extract it. I use a guy who has done this several times for me

Probably find the thermal shock of the welding will loosen it as well.

I have Msport callipers on the 335 and there is a tight bleed nipple on that so I will be interested to hear the outcome.

(So much for 100% main dealer servicing  )

UPDATE - sent the caliper to Brake Caliper specialists in Nottingham - cost £97 for a repair and new nipple ,forgot to take a picture its now back on the car
