Just looking today.....even Porsche giving discounts off new ones. They say usual line, to make end of year targets etc. one in showroom, up at £60, mine for £55. Pre owned, 1K off....

The one in the showroom was a silver car with black leather interior but very randomly it had a red roof which kind of Didn't look right. If it had had a red leather interior and a red roof, I would've been very tempted!!

APR is sky high, between 10% and 14%!!!

That explains it then.If they are giving discounts on PCP it's to make it back on the interest.Would be interested to know if they would do the same for cash buyers.

I thought that too, but I old her I'd finance it with Oracle....you should have heard her trying to bring me back to Porker Finance!!

I don't think I've ever sat in a more better put together car though...every item in it, has function and thought behind it....quite remarkable...

Agree 101%

Benchmark for all roadsters.

I wear stripy tight smooth touch ones from M&S, great undies

Oops, wrong thread :slaphead:

Okay we're waiting :D

One of the main reason for getting the E350 was the affordability of the PCP given a APR of 4.6%, anybody offering a rate of 10% on a car is having a laugh :o

£55K for a new one, about £50K for pre-owned....

This is the one I like

But for your dream car, you would want to know it was perfect, it doesn't have folding mirrors....

And Sars, you got dealer contribution too!!! She couldn't get the point, that giving me £5k off a car that had £5k worth of pointless extras

Seriously though, I drive past the Porsche garage in Hatfirld every time I go visit one of my customers - it is a huuuuuuuge showroom and very shiny indeed. Maybe I will go in for a nose, just to wind up a sales person. I am curious to see what all the hype is about, even though I will never be able to afford one. Or want one.

This is what I mean as an afterthought, it just looks wrong...

Why the random red roof???

That's a really nice Boxster, what was the interior colour like in the flesh? and what were the pointless extras?

edit the silver one i mean, not the hideous, I have no taste white one

To match the calipers?? Weird.

I much prefer the Cayman

I think the red roof looks fantastic even with the black interior, it just ties in really well with the white paintwork against the red brakes and even the rear lights, wheels look fantastic too. £54k for a second hand Boxster though?
