Not sure anyone has but I think it would look great, also would stop you sliding about as much on hard driving

Well actually, Mike had the Boxster S seats refurbished in alcantara by a brummy bloke - looked quite good too

I've also heard stories that they only sell about 50% of them with the rest being fake sales on camera to production staff.

I cant imagine them not being able to sell the cars for what they're asking, but what you see on tv is probably staged (can you imagine phoning for an ad, showing up and a whole tv crew is there... :lol: )
But I do believe they fix up the cars pretty good. I mean if you look at episodes and you see Ed swapping some discs, you sometimes can also see new trackrod arms or other suspension parts. They definately dont show everything that has happened to the car.
But it's TV, so everything is staged. You dont hear any swearing when a steering knuckle wont come off :lol:

Yeah WD is a bit of a gimmick but who doesn't love watching them?! I even learn stuff watching these old programmes; the most fun is guessing the year based on Ed's hair colour and style - it could easily be developed into a drinking game I reckon!

It's always gets me that the cars have 1 or several odd tyres when they buy it , but when they sell it, They have a matching set........ My father in law often says why don't I get them to buy my Zed do it up then buy it back....
