GTS is the one to go for if buying new and if wanting the S. With the S it's easy to get close to the GTS price just with a few necessary extra's. Not a fan of the interior though in the GTS but can opt for full leather instead as a no cost option. The GTS will hold it's value better.
I'm likely to be placing an order by September or end of year at latest but unsure what to go for at the moment. My local(ish) dealer hasn't helped by having nothing but black Cayman's available and quite honestly they look a bit bland. They have a better selection of Boxsters and they do look gorgeous in both white and blue I have had a good look around. I'm struggling with the Cayman vs Boxster decision so waiting to have a look at a Cayman in a nicer colour than black. With the Z4 it was easy - Coupe. The 981's, the roof and rear end look so nice on the Boxster but the Cayman I'm not sure looks as nice. The boxster looks low slung with that bubble cabin just suiting the car perfectly.
