Just bought my 1st Z4, as a cheap winter runabout, whilst the 370z is getting upgrades. A '04 3L m sport with 140k, but full s/h. Really liking how quiet it is, compared to my MX-5, but quickly developing a strong love-hate relationship with this new addition to the yard.
Love how it drives (especially since I fitted coilovers), but my god, in only 6 weeks of ownership, it's developed some amount of issues grrrr. Hopefully, joining the forum will help me work through the niggles, for as little as possible.
Work done so far:
1. Coilovers kit, new drop links, and top mounts all round (after hearing knocking at the back).
2. Got rid of the 19s (looked too big), and refurbished some 18s.
3. Fitted set of carbon skin kidney grills.
4. New front disks and pads.
