Bought a boat at last....!!

I actually popped into my neighbours boatyard in Gweek yesterday as i was in Cornwall & he promised us lunch at the cafe :P
They’ve got a huge crane that trundles along with the boats in the air, lots of workshops with all sorts going on

... I know they can be a bit of a money pit ...
Excellent, another mad boat owner!
You're right about the costs. Buying the thing is just the start. Berthing, servicing, lift/scrub, insurance, anodes, fuel, beer. Think that's the lions' share of the money spent...

judging by the fact its 4.5 ltr engine it will be mighty fine, i once had a winner, very similar to this and the prev owner took out the mighty gmc engine and fitted a volvo penta engine, so all show and no go, but like JJ's it was a lovely thing to behold, and yes, a mighty money pit

john polish it and if you need me to get you some GTechniq ULTRA ( the professional only stuff) 9 year coating drop me a line.... ive coated a few boats in it now and planes.... and it really making a difference, ill come over and help you for the day to get it all coated.
