Both key fobs have stopped working

As the title says guys,

Just drove the car back after having a meal and get the car on the drive, go to lock it and nothing, put the key in the ignition and started it again, tried both keys and neither will lock.

Anyone ever come across both keys playing up? The car is a 07 plate and assume the keys would be ok and use a rechargeable battery etc.

Seems weird.
 
Yep this has happened to me too!!! There are useful threads on here somewhere about re-programming keys, and the procedure certainly worked for me. Good luck
 
Do you drive the car much? My spare stopped working as a remote but after charging during several drives it seems fine again. In my case the remote wouldn't work but I could open the door manually, at which point the alarm went off. But as soon as the key was in the ignition and turned it stopped.

Hope it's not more complex than that :thumbsup:
