Not sure of the statute in Masachusets, but it should be :chophead:

The gallows is a no go in Ma. But the crimes he commuted are a federal offense. The feds have no issue with the death penalty. Of course. This will surly open up the discussion concerning granting asylum to those from such countries that these two were from. Unfortunately people such as these two brothers take advantage of the good nature and forgiveness of the American people.

I'm glad they got one alive, with any luck we'll find out what on earth motivated them to do this. I hope it's not another religious extremist. Peaceful Muslims already have enough on their plate. (For the record I'm an atheist)

He'll end up in Guantanamo, if he survives. He's seriously ill from blood loss.

Right, I reckon Elijah Wood will play the young one, can't decide on who will play his brother.

I wasn't really looking for an excuse for subhuman behaviour, and I'm fully aware of the the cultural and academic amenities of Massachusetts, having spent quite a lot of time there.

Let's not find excuses for what these murdering bastards did.

 You asked a question, I offered some options, am I meant to know your personal history?

My wishes today turn to London....I hope there are no issues of this type.

Well it didn't take long for questions to be asked...

Interesting about CISPA, another law passed to erode American privacy.

Maybe Boston looked better than Chechnya? Boston has a history of supporting the IRA. Could that have made him think he would get more sympathy for extreme views than it turned out. There are endless possibilities.

Boston is home to MIT and Harvard Business School, there will have been many runners from around the world and all of them will have been much more privileged than most of us. To a pair of refugee lads that may have been a personal affront.

I think I would boil it down to a broken family with developmental trauma. Hate and psychosis. It is better than most of the other options

In fact a letter in Paper yesterday recalling trips to Boston during the "troubles" and there was someone on every street corner (sic) with a bucket collecting for the IRA to fund their bombing of the UK :|

Makes you think, however I think you can make anything fit the story you are telling. These photos show something just not sure what and in what context.

this is a very interesting read

Sorry, I'm not trying to tell any story, just put up a link to a page where people don't believe what has happened and they offer a different point of view...

I'm not saying I agree with it... just offering it up for people to think about, read and make their own view points.

To be honest some of the photos don't stack up... But they do make you wonder if the authorities knew something was possibly going to happen... But just didn't know what, or who was going to do it.

With the pressure growing to tighten up gun laws in the US I am not surprised there are people who want to believe there is some sort of conspiracy behind this whole affair. Not sure I buy it though.

That bag photo is interesting. The post explosion bag certainly doesn't look like the one carried by either of the suspects, but does look to be the same as the one carried by the un-identified guy.
Scorp.

I have followed this from the beginning and I am not one of these conspiracy theorists but there are things which don't add up, like what was the craft security people doing there and no explanation or information has yet been given as to the reason why they were there?

American friend of mine has been putting forward heavy stuff about this. (She is a full on conspiracy theorist or 'conspiracy realist' as she calls herself) some things do look a bit dodgy but I just don't want to believe it.
My question is how can they use these 'crisis actors' and keep them ALL quiet about it? She doesn't answer really.
She dodges the question.
Surely someone involved would cough up at some point and blow the whistle?

I was reading something interesting last year about 9/11 and how some people who were 'involved' or gave out information they shouldn't were picked off one by one making it look like accidents or suicides to stop their voices being heard.

If that bag had contained a bomb, would there be that much of it left?

I thought that too but then i wondered if the velocity and force of the contents when blasted out could actually leave it that intact, I'm not physicist but it may be possible?

I can imagine a pressure cooker exploding being very directional, as the lid would be blown off... So possible. Kid of like a claymore mine. Nasty sh1t...
