Boot roundel replacement?

I noticed my BMW boot badge is discoloured
The front one and the 4 wheels seem fine
Any recommendations for sourcing a replacement and tips for getting the old one off?

Cheapest i found was £45 off ebay.

Levers off just use a plastic trim tool, replacement just sticks on.
There are pins that line up to keep it straight.
