Boot panel rattle how to, cant fint it any more?!

So a few weeks ago I found a "how to" to solve the rattly panel in the boot. It showed how to add sound deadening to the panel that flaps about constantly. All I really need to know is how to take it out without damaging it, but I cant seem to find the how to at all any more...

Which panel is this? Mine rattles when I have my sound system up

Its the one that raises and lowers with the two rotating levers in the boot... Might not be expaining it very well

Hmm. This may not be where my rattle comes from. Mine sounds like a rattle from behind the lower sub woofers.
