Boot latch switch wiring

Hoping someone can help here.

Boot latch mechanism that pulls the bootlid down is dead.
I have tracked this down to the microswitch on the left motorised lock.
As I have something of an objection to payng BMW the best part of £600 for an entire lock mechanism just because they will not sell me a £5 switch, I have bought myself a microswitch that I think I can adapt to do the job. The problem I have, is that the old switch is so dead, I cannot measure it to work out what each terminal is which on the three wires.
Should be common, normally open, and normally closed - except I have no idea which is which, and no way of telling.
The risk I run of getting it wrong, is being able to close the boot, but not open it again - quite obviously this is not a place I want to go.

So, please - does anyone have a wiring diagram with the necessary information, or a switch they can measure, and let me know which wire is what out of black, blue and green?

Thank you in a big way in anticipation of someone having the answer to this!

It could be a simple switch, but might be a special for open circuit monitoring.
So there may be some resistance when measuring across the wires.
Certainly my car only problem this area was broken wires found under the black tubing.
So is this your cars switch, have you stripped back the tubing?

That is exactly what I found last night thanks 🙏
Fiddly to fix, as the point on the wiring where I made the joint to repair it was right where the closure clips on the cable guides were, but all duly reassembled and currently working just fine. Just got to refit the boot trim this morning - I only finished refitting the lock five minutes before our guests arrived for dinner last night!
