I need a replacement carpet for that section only, but has to have the TV tuner bulge in it. With the CarPlay retrofit I had to make a hole in mine so it could accomodate the tuner, but would ideally have a replacement one.
I’m after a complete flat carpet section for the back of the boot/firewall.
I swapped from the 6 speaker system in my E85 to a 10 speaker system (mid hifi) from an E86 so the amp and bracket directly mounts on the back of the firewall (and not down near the battery which I prefer). When installing the new 10 speaker loom the new loom didn’t have the phone looms so I removed the cars phone/bluetooth modules so it how has an empty bulge on the left hand side which annoyingly overlaps where the amp would fix to so the amp is currently laying loose on the boot floor! So I need a complete flat carpet so I can simply poke some screw holes through to then directly mount the amp to the bulkhead with the flat carpet behind it all!
Do you know if the E86 and E85 carpets are the same?
