Boot Cargo Nets

I've noticed a few of the coupes pictured on the forum have cargo nets on the left and right side of the boot - were these available for the roadster as well? I've got the nets in the passenger footwell and on the seatbacks, but some in the boot would be useful to stop the contents sliding around...

I've wondered the same. Have currently got a tyre inflator and some tyre gunk which like to make a break for freedom everytime I go around a bend.

I've got a coupe so can't help with roadster question, but can definitely recommend them if you can get hold of them. I use them a lot.

I don't have these nets in my coupe, but I could definitely use them, can anyone link to a part number or diagram?

Only net I could find was this (which is discontinued):

I managed to dig out this post

which talks a little about both the side nets and the boot floor net, but again only seems to be referencing coupe's (for the side nets at least) and seems to suggest that the boot trim differs if you opted for extended storage...

There's quite a variety of storage nets on Ebay, both floor and side mounting, some are OEM, mostly are UK and and the rest from China.

I have the nets, was part of the coupe comfort pack (as well as a roof!), but also bought some storage bags from eBay, carpet match is spot on & threading a golf brolly through stops it moving about.

Thanks for this - looks like the side nets are a no-no then unless you go the expense of changing out your boot trim pieces. Time to get creative perhaps :)

I bought a cargo net for the coupe direct from BMW not long ago (apparently it was the last one in stock in the country). Fitted it & found that the hooks make it impossible to lift the boot floor to get to the battery. I've taken the net back out & it now (rather ironically) rolls around in the boot. Shame really.
