Bonny Doon/Pescadero Meet?

Is anyone interested in doing a run to Bonny Doon winery in the Santa Cruz hills, picnic lunch/wine tasting, then on to Pescadero?

I'm thinking of doing a test run this coming weekend if I can get my top down and weather permits.

Going up Bonny Doon Road from highway one is my favorite road... ever.
...It might have something to do with learning to drive on that road. :-D
 
well, the interest level surely excites me. Maybe I'll just go with a pal from work that has a z. It'll be 2 Z's together, but that one more then just me.

I was all for it until the all powerful all knowing google maps said it would an 8 hour drive :(

Rosie, I just saw this. I can usually get away from the family on Saturdays. Now that i've got all the car replacement/cleanup/upgrades done, I should be able to get away. Just let me know when.

Okay, great that you could go. There is a fellow z4'er at work that was asking about a drive. If you'd be interested, it would definitely be more fun. Not sure where he lives, I think in San Jose for some reason. I"ll pm you about the plan I had and how we could best meet up.

Just in time too, cause I'm almost out of wine.
 
You know, I was just checking out their website for some wine... I totally could go for some of that white desert wine. What was it called? Not the port, the other one. :thumbsup:

I'd be down for this run. Gotta get it in before Donner Pass is covered in snow, though! :wink:

Haha your right. When I typed that I meant to put the desert run, but I had big bear on the brain. :oops:
 
I had blond hair as a kid. What can I say, I went snowboarding up there, and the only thing going through my mind as I'm in my friends car was "Damn I have to get a Z4 and come up here"
I didn't have the Z4 at the time :cry:
 
ah, i'm gonna start a new thread...post a photo of you as a child. I was white blonde and more rounded, and looked so adorable...wait until you see. Not sure what happened.
 
Can't make it. Family coming in from the east coast and brother coming back from Iraq (only for a few weeks). Have fun all!
