Bonnet Sound Insulation?? Z4MC

So went to look at a Z4 MC last night and am thinking of putting an offer in on it today.

Just one question though, should the bonnet have sound insulation? I noticed it wasn't there on this one but wasn't sure if perhaps the dealer removed it because it was grubby looking. I did view another but for the life of me cannot remember if that one had it or not...

I would like to add, i wasn't hoping it should be there, just wasn't sure if it should be or not and perhaps was left off from some form of repair work i would want to know about.
