Bolster damage ?

Noticed some bolster damage on the previous Zed when I was cleaning it out before taking it to the dealers
It wasn't really bad as I hadn't noticed it before and more importantly neither had the dealership
Now I'd like to prevent this happening on the new Zed so any advice or tips are welcome :)

Very elegant, usually done when no one is looking :D

I never touch the bolsters and swivel in and out without touching them

I can just imagine the spring watch team describing this movement, "the PVR swoops in, light as a feather, never touching the sides". Actually, sounds more like a David Attenborough doc'describing mating.

In that case you may wish to put a cover of some sort of this part of the seat during entry and exit.

That was the problem with mine. Excessive bolster wear, eventually the dealer changed the seat back cover and if I'm honest I'm now to to get in and out without rubbing the bolster. But I'm 5'8" and 13 1/2 stone so not exactly a heavyweight! And it's not that easy!

The Porsche entry system is easier as when you take the key out, the seat goes back all the way and when putting the key back in, re-sets it all back.

Put the seat right back before getting out and fit a nice thick seat cover but don't tell anyone on here

Tim.
The Zed's a daily drive so think that might be the best option during during the week
