I stayed here last year on the Friday night and almost certainly will do again. Lovely food and wine and 15 minutes to Silverstone.

They have the Snoozebox "pod hotel" option. Doesn't look too shabby on the inside at least... £500+ for the full 3 day weekend though

Bing - sorry missed the link off (now added above). Yes definitely child friendly. Not the cheapest but me and a mate are golfers so this place had added attractions! That said it was very nice and we had a really good dinner and bottle of wine on the Friday night and a cracking breakfast on the morning of Zedfest.
