I haven't seen anyone planning to camp. Wee Bing and I were going to be staying at a local hotel, but we'll now just be coming along that morning, meeting Jembo & srhutch somewhere and then getting to whatever Holiday Inn is the start point for our convoy.

31 is the number of cars Myredzed picked up on as the thread progressed. People who had said they were coming and who'd booked tickets using the promo code that would allow them on the infield as a part of the group. That offer has closed now so your only option is to find someone selling their tickets or catch a passenger seat.

You should all have had an email from Duncan in the last couple of days. If you wish to take advantage of the Asian buffet then could you please select the appropriate link from his email (even if you've previously told me you want to make use of the facility) :thumb:
Don't worry too much about duplication of your name in the first post, it's a guide only. Z4-forum will have an area for around 35 cars. The important hing is that you have one of Taz's window stickers/tax disc holders so that we know to direct you to the right area amongst all the other Zeds. Thanks to Stuart for coordinating this with me

2) If you're staying at a hotel and which one. That will allow us to work out convoy points
I'm going to either bring my gazebo, or buy a cheap pop up one from Tesco, subject to where we are being a suitable place to be able to tie it down.
