BMWCCGB Zedfest, 26 – 28 July 2013, Silverstone Circuit

Just bought my ticket for the saturday, i think we'll drive up on the friday afternoon, is everyone staying in the same hotel like the other z4 forums are? would be nice if we all stayed in the same place and joined the convoy in the morning :driving:

Undecided. The morning hoon to Silverstone with the roof off was a part of the experience. If I stay in a hotel with a bunch of Z4 owners there will be hangovers etc :D

I have gone posh with the local country club and golf course OG stayed at last time... But I can always cancel and do cheap... Wee Bing doesn't drink though :D

That's what I'm here for Shaun :wink: I'll be keeping the first post up to date with attendees (as I did last year) - there wasn't much point doing it until I had a decision on the parade lap as so many were hanging on for this. Rest assured that I'll have that first post updated by the end of the week, just need to wade through all the posts...

Ok so I've updated the first post with all of those that I can see have confirmed that they've bought tickets - let me know if I've missed you off the list.

What's the consensus with z4-forum basing themselves at one of the HolidayInn Expresses mentioned in the first post? If you are staying at one of them then can you also let me know if you would like to use the Indian buffet - if we don't get the numbers then obviously it's a bit of a non-starter so I really need to know.
 
Well it was worth trawling through this epic thread! Top work by all those involved in getting this off the ground as it looks like one hooning great day out, I'm 99% I'll be booking a Sat ticket. Can't wait for the 'parade' lap and finally putting some faces to the Forum names :thumbsup:
 
We should have forum nickname / real name badges for lunch so we can work out who is who :lol:
 
Im not too late for this am I?

I was cruising along the M3 one day to see a massive train of Corvettes and in my Audi TT at the time decided to join in... I got trolled so hard, so quickly left :cry: but this sounds so much fun!!

I'll be heading up from Bournemouth so is anyone else heading up this way and knows which service station is best to meet the rest of the crew at? Ill buy my saturday ticket tonight if I can just confirm a few things with everyone because this will be my first car meet.

I went to goodwood last year but was working at the event so it was different.
 
You'd be coming up via Eastleigh? There could be a few coming up from Hampshire and you could convoy up with them and then meet with the bunch meeting at the BP/Little Chef services between Wolvercote and the M40 on the A34
 
I can meet around the oxford area? This is going to so much fun. My wife dose think i am a twit for going to zedfest. But what dose she know.
