From memory, believe they will be printed & sent out a couple of weeks ahead of the event - idea is an attempt to make it more difficult to forge as limits the time youd have to get it right.
 
Don't know if this is of use to anyone but there are double rooms available at the Novotel in Milton Keynes for £45. The hotel is about 25mins from Silverstone.
 
I'm considering that... given the ticket cost and my fuel from/to manchester the budget is already high, but £45 is a bar-gin...

Having said that its not like I can drink anyhow as I'll have to take the car back to the hotel... so it just avoids a 2 hr drive home, which frankly is what these cars are all about! :)
 
Yeah, horses for courses really. I'll be driving home after the event but fancied being all fresh for an early start on the Saturday rather than having spent a few hours behind the wheel.

However, just went and had a look and the code no longer works so you dont get the VPass option.

I've posed the question to the BMWCCGB - just awaiting a response from Silverstone now...
 
Hi everyone,

Just to let you know the booking code is valid again until the 24th of June 2012. The car club have extended the deadline until Sunday to try and get a few late people to sign up.

Just checked the code myself, and it's definitely working!

Get your tickets quick, as this might be the last chance to get involved.

I booked the car club special. Is that all that's needed to take part in the parade lap? Looking forward to meeting a few of the forum celebs there!

The ticket you bought should have been labelled something like

ADVANCE CCM PACKAGE (2XENTRY+V/PASS)

It was a 2 for 1 ticket offer for people, and the V/PASS gets you in to the display & parade lap.
