Don't want to be picky but if you are going to claim "all MOT's sailed through with no advisories" you need to check that's the case. It had advisories in 2010, 2011 & 2012, including items carried over without being attended to, failed in 2013 with an advisory as well, then passed on re-test but with the advisory on the suspension still present. True that's nothing more than a car with routine maintenance issues at those mileages but it also tells of an owner only doing the minimum to pass the MOT. Nothing wrong with that but it's a different picture.
I'm sure it's an honest car but it can be a tough audience here Dave. Getting the car prepped and described accurately will give you a better chance at that money
