BMW Z4 Hardtop for sale

I was in Munich last week. Could have picked one up.

OK - I flew so it would have been bit more than hand luggage, but I could have ordered one

Hard top i bought a soft top, nice last night with the evening sky red, fresh air,but I do live in the country side.

If I thought I could get £1,100 for my hardtop I would sell. Sadly £1,1,00 is a bit overpriced :(

The group-buy-truck-road-trip approach was mooted a little while ago by someone who could get a cheap lorry IIRC there was another German seller doing them for about this much... Thread died, no idea why - probably cos it was right before Christmas.

Thought the 25 posts thing was for buyers now, to ensure the bargains go to forumites :?

Must check...

Did I hear 900 Euro new in MUC? I go there several times a year. *thinks*

Stuart,

certain colours are listed on German ebay and they are about 799 Euros!!!! but as I said only certain colours, which is still cheap considering a respray is about 200/300 quid.

mbenzin, I think you are aiming too high, if you read the last posts the consensual price is in the region of 800.

Have a new Zed on order for March, so no need for a hardtop. Just had a phone call from a chap wanting to view on Sat at the £1100, so fingers cross and the colour he's after......first advert in local paper so all positive hopefully.

If you get it then top performance and credit to you.
If not then at least the forum guys are givin opinion on its true value.

I hear what you all have to say and I appreciate it, so yes hopefully it will go at the weekend. Only came across this site the other day hence my advert, but its also good to read other topics relating to Z4's too.....

With all due respect to my fellow members, I forget the last time I saw a hardtop sell on here for the market rate - they are all to crafty and up for a bargain. Ebay will normally get you a better price, albeit with charges deducted, but local ads even better as less chance to compare. The last silver top I saw on eBay sold with a badly repaired chip in it for just under £800.

Hopefully sold on Sat then... Im not in any real rush apart from making space in my garage. I'd rather hold onto it than let it go for nothing.

if not, store it till next November(ish) and then ebay it.
