Hi All, I have tried to look for a retro fit guide for the LCI LED Side indicators and can't seem to find one.
I understand that to retro fit them is quite easy but if anyone could advise how it's actually done would be great.
These are the ones I have just ordered:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-GENUINE-Z4-E89-LCI-LED-RETROFIT-KIT-WING-TURN-SIGNAL-INDICATOR-PAIR-SET/201674156452?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649

Have a look at this video it might help. It's quite easy really just push the tab from behind with a screwdriver and at same time pull away from the car.

I just bought these today https://www.lllparts.co.uk/en/exterior/wheel-arches-fender-parts-fuel-caps-trims/bmw-genuine-z4-e89-lci-led-retrofit-kit-wing-turn-signal-indicator-pair-set-3954?cat=17&make=99&chassis=136&search=

Hope that helps....

Well I gave this a shot today and could not get the bugger off! No matter how I poked the screwdriver it would not come away!

Defintely worth trying some some solvent from the rear side and waiting - obviously something that won't attack the paintwork - Isoproyl alcohol. Then use trim removal tools to go easy and not damage anything.. My indicators are en-route to me so I hope that I don't have the same issue...

It shouldn't be that difficult. See the photo below off my old one, you need to be pushing the tab in the red circle. Push it and then at same time from the front pull it away from the wing. You can see marks on the tab where I pushed it with the screwdriver. Make sure you are using are large flat bladed screwdriver to give you good leverage.

Brill I'll give it another shot tomorrow. I assume to install the new ones is easy enough too
