Hi mate, is there a static price for forum members or are you leaving it to highest bidder at auction?

Cheers

Dan

Hadn't really thought about it.

I was just going to see how it went on Ebay.

You could make me an offer on here via a PM if you like.

It would certainly suit your car. :D

I've updated the link on the original post.

Ebay asked to re-list it because I'd inadvertently selected the wrong category.

Forum rules say you have to name your price to advertise here. Feel free to say what you'd do a buy it now at.
I understand the reasoning behind this rule, However I think sometimes it tricky to state a price. I've not listed a few things I have that I could sell as I'm not sure of their worth. It seems if you ask a price that a little high you get torn apart lol, I saw a posting once by a girl selling some clear indicators! Not sure if she ever posted again after the flaming she got lol.

There's more than enough info on here to price most things tbh. Or you could PM someone friendly... Difficult if you've only joined to sell I guess. However, rules is rules, and there is certainly enough info about hard top prices on the forum that's for sure just need to do some searching. Top peak season for these was back in October/Nov I reckon, even with the recent weather... personally I wouldn't ever pay over £850/900 for one at peak, £750 off-peak - it would have to have all the bits (lock covers, boot stops, cover & stand, ideally side covers as well) and be mint.

Sorry all. I wasn't aware of that forum rule.

I didnt add buy it now price to the auction because I was unsure of its value. I am now unable to add a buy it now price because there are bids in place, so I can't offer a price here.

Cancelling auctions in progress and selling separately is generally frowned upon.

Just put a crazy high buy it now on this forum. Rules dont say it has to be reasonable. That way u obey rules and people will bid instead.

Better off selling to a forum member such as Danstarr and avoid the ridiculous 10% selling fee's that eBay charge!

They generally sell for £750ish on eBay! Your at £660 now...

No brainier ... Unless you have shares in eBay lol

Good luck Danstarr ;)

Cheers mate just notice says you need a prep kit so will reasearch this later sadly 660 is the highest I can go atm :(

Well found my car is prepped for a hardtop is there anything else I need to buy or does it come with the fixings?

From the second pic, you can see it has all three covers and a tool - as you're prepped, that is all you need.
