FOR SALE BMW Z4 E85 Hardtop Covers

For Sale
Late post/reply. Job well done to mMark. US owner in sunny San Diego, California! Received the hardtop side covers awhile ago and finally installed them. Very happy with the quality of the product, communication, and overall experience. Thank you so much for developing a discontinued item. Highly recommend anyone who needs these to order them from mMark!

I'm so grateful that I found you. I lost mine and I'm happy to see that everyone is happy with the quality of your products. I'm new here and I really don't know how to communicate directly with you in order to make a purchase

Thanks misterawa! Appreciate the compliment and leaving feedback in this forum topic. Would you mind posting something in your ZPost topic as well?

If you become active on the forum (highly encouraged as this is a great community!) the personal message function will become active after leaving a few posts. Alternatively, you can contact me via the email address shown on the inner side of the hardtop covers.

I purchased a hardtop for my Z4M Roadster, but the side caps and windshield header plug were missing. I quickly learned that these trim pieces are "unobtainable", new ones no longer produced and used ones nowhere to be found. After posting on the Z4 forums, several people recommended Mark Bouwman. Mark is an Engineer from the Netherlands, owns an E85 roadster, and faced the same problem after he purchased his hardtop. He saw there was a market for the caps and started 3D printing near duplicates of the trim pieces. He offered the option of either waiting for the next run or purchasing a set of OEM caps and a 3D printed plug. Not wanting to wait, I purchased the OEM set. They were as described, in “like new” condition and the 3D header plug fit perfectly. It took a little more than a week for the caps to arrive and Mark communicated with me throughout the process. If you need these pieces for your Hardtop, I would highly recommend contacting Mark!

Thanks for your kind review, very much appreciated. It was great to have a video call and meet you virtually. Enjoy your Z4M!

Hello mMark, I would love a set of these for my car. Please PM me when you get a chance, thanks!
Sure! I will have time to make new covers end of May or early June. Will keep you posted!

Hi Mark,

Hoping you are still printing for this car. We have a 2004 E85 Z4 BMW and the webasto hard top is missing the side pieces.

Might as well get a top center cover while shipping.

Email was sent , but?

Shipping to New Zealand.

Mark is still doing the covers but is very busy, it may take a while for him to get back to you.

I have a set on order due any day for one of ours.

Super pleased to hear it is still an option. We just had the headliner redone in a light silver on our hardtop and were about to make some soft screw on panels when I found this thread.

Will keep an eye out.
Cheers

Hello Mark,
I'm happy to see all the interest in your hardtop side covers. Hopefully, it's turned into a profitable hobby for you. And I'm surprised to see all those folks that have hardtops for their cars.

I read through the thread quickly but was wondering if you are considering on producing the folding top mechanism side covers used when the top is down. These would be PN's: 54 340 300 393 and 382. I'm looking for black.

Keep me posted on our progress.
Cheers !

P.S. I just saw where "BavarianBunker" came up with a set but not sure how their project progressed. I'll drop him a line.
