BMW Z4 E85 3.0I Manual - £3250

This is a 2003 BMW Z4, 3.0i manual with 99k miles.

I originally bought this car from a Z4 forum member who had owned the car for 8 years. I then sold the car to my dad, who in turn owned the car for over 6 years. But as he’s recently treated himself to the Aston Martin he’s always wanted, this now needs to be sold to make space on his driveway.
The car is now 21 years old and does have a few age related marks, but overall is in very good condition throughout. Minor points to mention are a missing headlight washer to one side only. There are a few minor marks on the front bumper which are visible in the pictures, and a single scratch on the rear driver's side panel roughly 5 inches long that will not polish out. Then the odd minor stone chip, but other than that, the car is in excellent condition and looks like a much newer car.

Spec (basically everything possible on a 2003 Z4):
Extended Leather (Door cards, A-Pillars, Visors and Windscreen Surround) – pretty rare option on none Z4M cars I believe.
Xenons
Sat Nav, Bluetooth
Carver Audio
Foldy Heated Auto-Dimming wing Mirrors
Cruise Control
Memory Electronic Heated Seats
Perspex Wind Deflector
3 Keys
Sought-after Cup holders
19” Style 313 wheels in almost perfect condition, with 5-6mm tread on all matching tyres.
New M-Sport Gear knob
Bullet proof M54 3.0i engine and manual 6-speed gearbox.
Low mileage for the year of the car at 99,024

When I bought the car in 2017 @ 87k miles, it had an extension service history, with additional major works and preventative maintenance carried out that was a big bonus for me, which included the following:
Brembo discs/pads all round
Freshly serviced with FSH. Serviced many times in between
New Vanos seals, OFHG and Valve Cover Gasket -
Rebuild DISA
Full Meyle HD Front end Arms/Balljoints Full Geo with Z4M spec params (No ridiculous 3-degree negative camber)
All rear brake pipes replaced
New Roof Motor - Relocated to boot!

Shortly after buying the car, I had to replace the coolant temperature sensor and the coolant. These were both BMW items.

My dad then purchased the car from me in April 2018, after the car was mot’ed. For which the car had two new Surplex rear springs (correct sport model items), and new rear anti-roll bar linkages fitted.

In around 2020 and 2021, the car had a couple of minor coolant leaks that were sorted with new replacement items, these included a new coolant reservoir and fresh coolant being installed.

The car hasn’t really been used recently, so the battery that was replaced about 18 months go, was replaced again with a brand new item installed on the 19/08/2024.

Since 2018 in my Dad ownership the car has only covered around 6-7k miles, but has been mot’ed every year, and serviced at the same time by a local garage regardless of mileage. The last mot was done early for the sake of the sale and passed on 29th July with no advisories. But a service was not carried out this time.

Looking for £3250, which makes this one of the cheapest 3.0i manuals with sub 100k, that is fully working HPI clear.

Car is located in Hucknall, Nottingham (NG15)

Car is now sold.

It was up on eBay and Facebook, and I've literally been inundated with messages since posting it up.

Presents extremely well, inoffensive colour, not starship mileage and a very reasonable price.

I'm not surprised, either. Well done.
