I'm moving to Alicante, Spain in March so all plans aimed towards that now. I did think about taking the Zed over there but after some heavy persuasion I'm looking at getting a LHD.

Shame to let the Roadster go but who knows, maybe I'll get myself a 3.0 over there :evil:

I know you've already discounted taking the zed but if your planning on buying another zed when you get there aren't they alot more expensive on the Continent?

Yeah a fair bit more expensive, a lot of money just to switch seats. The cost of switching over to Spanish plates is around £1000 though plus the cost of getting it there, though none of that is really a deal breaker as the case would be the same for any car bought here to take there.

I'm keen on a little more power though and as much as I love the Z4 and the online community I'm quite open to trying something different, insurance-wise it's a little more favorable over there. I've looked at a LHD 370z though I'm not entirely sold, so between now and the big move I'll be evaluating my options.
